If an incident occurs that may result in a claim please remember the following:

• Call us on 0845 074 2676 as soon as possible
• If your horse is ill or injured don't delay calling your vet - arrange treatment immediately then call us at the first opportunity
• Complete the relevant claim form and return it to us
• If you need to make a claim for Third Party Liability please call us as soon as possible on 0845 074 2676 or alternatively please write to us.
