Terms and Conditions

The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands, excluding employees of the Promoter, immediate families or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
Entrants must be 18 years or over.
The promotional period begins on Tuesday 1st May 2012 and closes on Sunday 1st July 2012.
In order to be entered you must either take out Horse or Veteran insurance policy with Petplan Equine or enter on the Petplan Equine Facebook page.
Entries are restricted to one entry per person.
1st prize is 1 of 2 exclusive places to ride with William Fox-Pitt at Gatcombe Park on 13th July 2012. The prize includes accommodation on 13th July 2012 for the winner, their guest and the winner's horse, entry to the Festival of Eventing on 13th July 2012 and 14th July 2012 and lunch with Lucinda Green on 14th July 2012 for the winner and their guest.
2nd Prize is a pair of hospitality tickets at the Festival of British Eventing and Lunch with Lucinda Green on 14th July 2012 (6 pairs available).
3rd Prize is a pair of tickets to The Festival of British Eventing and a course walk with Lucinda Green on 14th July 2012 (10 pairs available).
The Promoter is not responsible for the quality of any of the prize's supplied.
Winner's will be randomly selected by the Promoter on the 2nd July 2012.
The winners will be notified by phone or email by 3rd July 2012, using the phone number or email address provided as part of the quote process, or email linked to the Facebook account.
If the promoter is unable to contact the winner by 5th July 2012 for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. A new winner will then be randomly selected from the relevant group.
Entrants will be expected to supply their own horse, transport and riding equipment and be competent to control their horse at walk, trot and canter whilst riding on the Gatcombe estate. Entrants must also have Third Party Liability cover and Personal Accident cover for themselves.
The horses must be appropriately vaccinated against Equine Influenza and winners must have documented proof of this.
All prizes are taken at the winners' discretion and Petplan Equine will not be liable for any injury to horse or rider or damage to their belongings.
This offer can be suspended or voided by Petplan Equine at any time without prior notification
By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
If any customer wishes to opt-out of the competition, they should send an email to [email protected] stating their wishes.
Entrants not selected will not receive any notification.
The name and county of the prize winner will be available upon written request by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to; Petplan Equine Marketing, PO Box 222, Huddersfield, HD8 1FQ after 31st July 2012.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
In all cases the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into and it reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
The winner may be required to take part in related publicity and such participation is a condition of accepting the prize.
Your entry implies your acceptance of the rules as being final and legally binding.
This promotion and these terms and conditions of entry shall be governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion and by entering you further agree that they are a convenient forum for you.
Copyright in all entries shall be owned by the Promoter.
